Best Vacation Deals is an editorial publication that curates travel deals and provides recommendations, guides, and pricing information for hotels, tours, cruises, car rentals, and related travel products. The Service includes affiliate links to third-party travel providers (such as Booking.com, Viator, GetYourGuide, Hotellook, Agoda, DiscoverCars, Stay22, and others). We do not sell, fulfill, or operate any travel product directly. All bookings, reservations, payments, and travel services are provided by independent third-party partners, governed by their own terms and conditions.
3. No account required
You do not need an account to read our content. Newsletter subscribers provide only an email address (and any optional fields). Because we do not facilitate bookings directly, we do not maintain user accounts, store payment information, or handle reservation data. When you click an outbound affiliate link, you will be transferred to a partner site that may require you to create its own account.
4. User conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated systems (including bots, spiders, or AI agents) to access the Service without our prior written permission

5.2 Partner content
Hotel photos, brand logos, tour descriptions, and similar materials displayed on the Service may be supplied by our partners or their licensors. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their use here does not imply endorsement of Best Vacation Deals by those owners.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
Specifically, we make no warranty that:
- Pricing, availability, or other deal information will be accurate, current, or available at the time you attempt to book
- Partner inventory will remain available between the time we publish a deal and the time you click through
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Any third-party product, service, or partner will meet your expectations
Travel pricing changes constantly. We make a good-faith effort to surface accurate information, but we cannot guarantee it. Always confirm pricing, dates, refund policies, and other terms directly on the booking partner’s site before completing a purchase.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEST VACATION DEALS, MV3 MARKETING, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY BOOKING MADE THROUGH A PARTNER REFERRED VIA THE SERVICE.
We are an editorial publication. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, hotel, airline, or booking provider. We do not collect payment, issue confirmations, or operate any travel product. Your contract for any travel product is exclusively between you and the partner you book with. Any claim, dispute, refund request, or service issue must be addressed directly with that partner.
In any event where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Best Vacation Deals, MV3 Marketing, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any dispute between you and a third-party travel provider.
9. Third-party links and partners
The Service contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or services offered by any third-party site. Linking to a partner does not constitute endorsement of every product, policy, or representation made on that partner’s site. When you book through a partner link, you are entering into a contract with that partner under their terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email to subscribers where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
